Yes, it is a sad day for the Republicans today. So much of the all important military vote will not be counted yet Acorn's fraudulent registrations go unchecked. I know there was voter fraud and intimidation at the polls. Will there be investigations or has the Obama camp bought everyone off? I normally look at the other side like they are nuts stating their claims of Conspiracy , voter fraud, voter suppression but this time... This election was just totally unfair. I worry. I can see why democrats have been so pissed. They haven' t had a win in some time. I am not rich or a big investor on Wall street but no matter what Obama says he's going to do.. Our family is one that goes pretty much unaffected or the situation gets worse under Democrats. Money tightens because of higher taxes, inflation, food prices, gas prices which the people like us always feel the brunt of much worse than the wealthy or the poor. I hope that Obama follows through with his tax cuts for at least some... But I dont' think it's possible for him to pass all his socialist programs if he doesn't raise taxes across the board, which will raise prices and so on and so on and we all will pay more in the end. Life goes on though.. tomorrow is my youngest son's birthday. We will have a nice celebration day of his birth and the fact that we are blessed with him. We can take a time to be a bit down but we will come out of it and fight on to see what can be done to get the liberals out of there again and some values put back in.I hope that John McCain and Cindy get to take a nice long rest. He's worked so hard. I do think Palin and the Economy, maybe even in that order, are what derailed the man that should have won the White House and truly deserved it. I like Sarah Palin but I don't think the entire Republican base is ready for her. It's a just a sad day.

when i saw that murtha got back in, with his racists comments and his foul mouth, i could see the writing on the wall, in pennsylvania. i had given the people of pennsylvania more credit than they deserved, in retrospect, because they went for obama, eventhough the polls showed it nearly tied, most of the night. we went to a mccain rally in scranton last sunday and you have never seen a more electrified crowd than was there..not a football stadium full of paid participants, but thousands of people that truly believed in john mccain and the need for him in the whitehouse. it is truly a day for many to hang their heads for being bought and selling out their country..unfortunately, the rest of the people will also have to suffer the consequences of this debacle.
Some people are just not too bright or they didn't hear the Murtha Comments. How could anyone vote for a party who thinks they are Elite and better than the common hard working people, who keep them up there in Washington, giving themselves big salaries for doing NOTHING but bailouts with taxpayer money is beyond me. I thought for sure also that PA would go Mccain because the Dems were talking out of both sides of their mouths and badmouthing the good people of PA with one side of it. Murtha is horrible and Biden made so many gaffes it's not even funny. Sorry PA and Ohio... you will be paying big time with the Bankruptcy of the Coal industry, which is what Barack and the Democrats plan for it is. My advice is to get your resumes out and be ready to take those jobs at Walmart because it seems to be the only place that the stock isn't taking a nose dive and not laying off people in droves.
